Message from the Leadership Team

The DPS Society is a non-profit, non-proprietary, private, educational organization. This Global Network of over 200 English medium, co-educational, secular schools provides education from Pre-Nursery/Nursery to Class XII. The DPS Family - with its transcontinental identity, is not merely a list of institutions, persons or facts; it is a network of values, systems and relationships.

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN

Let me reassure you at the very onset that the future of your child will be in the hands of a team that has inculcated the philosophy of the DPS society, which has over sixty years of innovation in education to back it.

Needless to say, our children are in the future. They are sent to school to be civilized. What they learn in the school will come up over again as long as they live. It is therefore our duty as parents and teachers together to make sure that our future leaders go through life equipped with all the skill that is mandatory to face the world that they will be a responsible part of, not as mere spectators, but as decision-makers; nay, leaders. Therefore, we need to make our students independent thinkers.

In today's fast moving world, it is not enough to be equipped with what we can teach your children in the classroom. 'Beyond the classroom' is where we aim to take your child. Be it through culture, sports or through service to the less-privileged. When we talk of an all-rounder, isn't that what comes to our mind? Let us all work together to ensure a confident and successful future for our children.

Delhi Public School Anand is run by same management i.e. The Sanskriti Group which runs Delhi Public School, Vadodara and Harni, which has earned the distinction of being Vadodara's No. 1 Schools within 11 years of their existence.

Delhi Public School Anand, the newest member of DPS Chain of Schools, is committed to providing a holistic schooling experience to each of its student which will empower him or her with a rich repertoire of world-class education, ethical values, self-development skills, a healthy respect for our ecology and environment and a drive to become a better world-citizen.

To achieve this Himalayan goal, we have left no stone unturned whether it be in terms of infrastructure, qualified and able faculty, fusion of technology with education, or initiative in the field of co-curricular and sporting activities to let the students explore each and every facet of their inherent talents.

Life is not a set of instructions but is a series of experiences and learning process. A school is no exception. This is where we step in, to make a difference and where learning is not just restricted to instructions but a passion, which goes beyond books, beyond instructions, beyond learning horizons. We believe in learning by capturing set of experiences and enable one to explore new realms of wisdom. Schools efforts are directed to accommodate and address the expectations of each student by way of enabling them to participate in various interactive programmes organized in and out of the institute. The school is also engaged in supporting the students to refine the necessary skills, attitudes and aptitude in various ways.

Parents, and Staff,

It is with immense pride and a deep sense of purpose that I write to you today as the Principal of Delhi Public School, Anand. Having spent the first few weeks walking through our corridors, sitting in on classes, and listening to your hopes for the future, I am already convinced that this is a very special community. Together, we are going to build on that strong foundation with fresh energy and a clear vision. The world our children will step into is changing at an unprecedented pace. To prepare them not just for exams, but for life, we must reimagine how learning happens within these walls. Moving forward, you will see a shift toward active, inquiry-based teaching methods. Gone are the days of passive listening from a desk for an entire period. Our classrooms will become workshops of curiosity—think project-based learning, flipped classrooms where students watch lessons at home and solve problems in school, and the intelligent use of technology to personalize each child’s academic journey. We are introducing Inter-disciplinary “Innovation Hours” where science meets art, and mathematics meets storytelling. The goal is to teach children how to think, not what to think. Our teachers are undergoing continuous professional development to master these new pedagogies, ensuring that every lesson is engaging, relevant, and rigorous. However, academic excellence is only one pillar of true education. At Delhi Public School, Anand, we are equally committed to the holistic development of every child. This means nurturing their emotional intelligence, physical well-being, and moral character. We are enhancing our sports, performing arts, and community service programs because leadership, resilience, and empathy are best learned on the field, on the stage, and through helping others. You will see new well-being initiatives, including peer mentoring programs and mindfulness breaks embedded into the school day. We want our students to leave us not only with outstanding grades but with kindness, integrity, and the confidence to face any challenge. To our students: This is your journey. Be curious. Be brave. Make mistakes and learn from them. To parents: I invite you to partner with us as active co-educators.
